Get ready for Zaggora’s 14 Days of Valentines: our ways to love yourself this Valentine’s Day!
February is finally here, which means the day of hearts, dinners for two, and rose bouquets is only two weeks away.
Usually we associate Valentine’s Day with being bombarded by online ads, restaurant promos for dinner specials, and plenty of red and pink.
While being admired and showered with gifts isn’t a bad thing, we think you should make Valentine’s Day a day to love yourself!
Over the next 14 days we’ll be presenting 14 mantras for loving yourself and nurturing your own wellbeing, health and happiness. This blog will highlight some of the ways you can apply it to your life (whether through fitness, nutrition, mindfulness…or all three!).

I drink alot of water and at home we all now eat healthy food!
I care for myself, by at least once a week taking extra time to pay attention to my outer needs; manicure, deep condition my long hair, mini facial, pedicure, body scrub. I have no one in my life to attend to me and I (Thanx Dave Ramsey) am sticking to a stringent budget so can’t but once a quarter have these things done for me!
