We’re thinking about a Zaggora Cookbook! Do you like the idea? What would you want to see in it?
On that note, today’s ‘Love Yourself’ is all about finding a balance, particularly when it comes to food. Food is fun but food is also fuel, and it needs to provide the right proportion of nutrients for your body to feel happy and healthy.
That’s why we think a cookbook would have to involve balance. With Zaggora you’d get a realistic approach to your life and to helping you to achieve a happier and healthier balance…just like HotPants do.
A balanced meal can be harder than it seems to put together. You know what should go into one in theory, but when you’re running between meetings or trying to feed your kids amidst a maze of after-school activities, fast and filling doesn’t always mean fully balanced.
So how do you achieve that balance?
As with exercise, there are ways that you can take small steps to start changing your habits.
Many of you have already told us some – you can read them here.
And how could a Zaggora cookbook help you do it?
- Meal plans
- Ingredient guides
- Nutrition tips
- Snacking do’s-and-don’t’s
- An eating-out bible
Tell us how you balance your meals and what you want to hear about it from Zaggora!

I just want to eat a balance of wholesome foods as you say without starving to the end as in being able to eat a meal and not feel guilt.
I try to start my day off right with a good balanced breakfast. I feel like if I do that, then it is building block to help me keep on track all day. Wearing my Zaggora Capris and shorts everyday also helps me too
Love to see greenjuices, what’s in products (carbs, fat, etc), photo’s, how to’s, eating schedule, smoothies. xox
GREAT idea!! Especially if nutritionally sound. No high fructose, GMO, pesticides, etc.
I agree–clean foods all the way, and maybe good vegetarian recipes? Definitely include nutrition information with the recipes (it drives me nuts when a “healthy” cookbook doesn’t then tell you the nutritional content of each serving!). I love it when a cookbook gives me a shopping list section and then has multiple recipes included within each “shopping trip” that can be made using only the ingredients on the list. Makes my life so much easier!
great idea on the cookbook. i would definitely want meals that would fill me up without all high calories and fat.
I would definately be interested! The
More we know about nutrition and whole foods the better. There are so many great receipes with whole foods. I would like easy, fast, healthy meals for two- male bigger portions and female smaller portions with the portion amount for each. I think alot of us have trouble with portion sizes.
